Based in Indianapolis, IN, we’re looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in the services they provide. Our broker and dispatcher roles are commission-based, giving you the opportunity to control your income in a high-demand industry with room for everyone to grow and succeed.

We have CDL and Non-CDL driver positions available based in Indianapolis, IN. We’re looking for honest, reliable individuals who are committed to getting the job done and upholding our company values. We review your experience, MVR, freight knowledge, and professionalism to ensure a great fit.

Dispatch Training Packages
Individual Truck Dispatch Training.......................... $350
A three day dispatch training course that focuses on how to find loads, book loads, and successfully dispatch a selected truck type.

Truck types include but are not limited to:
Power Only Flatbed Hotshot Step-decks
Dry Van Reefer Box Truck
Independent Package......................$1,000
Two weeks of training via online, this includes: class syllabus, dispatching basics, documentation, booking loads, example calls and load searches, & a certificate of completion.
Premium Package....................$1,500
Three weeks of training online, this includes: class syllabus, dispatching basics, advanced dispatching, dispatching do's & don'ts, critical troubleshooting, documentation, booking high paying loads, mentored calls and load searches, & a certificate of completion.
You will also have the opportunity to join our dispatching team upon completion.
Entrepreneur Package.....................$2,500
A month of training via online, this includes: class syllabus, dispatching basics, advanced dispatching, dispatching do's & don'ts, critical troubleshooting, documentation, booking loads, & a certificate of completion. Plus, 5 days of Entrepreneur Training, LLC setup, & LLC documentation.

Owner-Operator Consultation....................$150 (2-hour session)
